This notice covers the private Tyrewine BC Podcast Report desktop automation, not Tyrewine online store customer transactions. The operator authorizes its own Gmail account through Google OAuth. The app uses only the Gmail gmail.send permission to send weekly research reports to the operator's chosen email recipient. It does not read Gmail messages, contacts, or account settings.

The OAuth client credential and refresh token are stored on the operator's local Windows PC for scheduled sending. Reports and delivery records are also stored locally. When an email is sent, the report and recipient address are transmitted to Google Gmail for delivery. The app records Gmail's returned message ID to distinguish a delivered report from an unsent one. These data are not used for advertising, sold, or shared for unrelated purposes. The operator can delete local credentials and reports or revoke access through Google Account connections.

Use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
